Aida Lutaj has over a decade of experience in the corporate world. In 2009, they began their career as an Associate Intern at Uni-World Capital, L.P., where they analyzed target companies and conducted analysis and industry due diligence. In 2010, they joined iQor as Vice President of Financial Infrastructure & Global Talent, where they managed a $21M P&L, led merger synergies, and identified and capitalized on process improvements. In 2013, they became Vice President of Investments at NCH Capital, where they screened, analyzed, and evaluated business opportunities and investments in European Emerging Markets. In 2015, they were appointed Head of Commercial Processes and Procedures at Plus Communication, where they launched and led a new improvement strategy for all processes, procedures, and policies firm-wide. In 2017, they became CEO of Expocity Albania, where they led investor relations, company strategy, and hiring. In 2020, they co-founded Legitify, where they were selected as Winner as Best Startup of the Year in Dublin, Ireland in Hackernoon's Startups of the Year 2021, a Top-10 finalist Twilio Startups Awards 2021, a Top-6 Fintech Startup National Finalist in National Startup Awards 2021, a Regional Finalist in National Startup Awards 2021 in two categories, and a Finalist for the Compliance & Reg Tech Award, 2022 FS Awards in association with KPMG. In 2021, they joined On Deck as a Fellow (ODS3) and NDRC Accelerator as a Founder (NDRC Accelerator). In 2022, they became a Founder (Class XXXI) at Alchemist Accelerator.

Aida Lutaj is currently enrolled in an Executive MBA program at Stanford University. Prior to this, they were an Executive MBA Candidate at the Stockholm School of Economics from 2021 to 2023. In September 2022, they obtained a Certificate in the Doing Business in Asia Program from the National University of Singapore. Additionally, in 2022, they also obtained an Executive MBA, Global Network Week, Blockchain and Digital Assets from the National University of Singapore. Before that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration from Touro University in 2007-2009 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Manhattan College in 2003-2006.
