Aviv Laufer

Aviv Laufer is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Alchemy since September 2024, Aviv has also co-organized GopherCon Israel since October 2018, focusing on the Go programming language and participating in the CFP committee. Previous positions include Senior Principal Software Engineer at Rokt, Staff Production Engineer and Production Engineering Manager at Meta, and Principal Reliability Engineer at DoiT International. Aviv has a strong track record in scaling systems and leading engineering teams, with notable success in growing engineering teams at Cybereason and Rounds.
