Agan Wick

Agan Wick is a seasoned Senior Project Manager currently engaged at Alcoa, overseeing major capital works for the Kwinana Refinery curtailment program since November 2023. Previously, Agan served as the Principal Project Delivery for BHP's $3 billion Port Debottlenecking Project 2, enhancing throughput capacity at Nelson Point Port. Agan's experience at Rio Tinto included roles as Process Safety Program Manager and Tailings Program Manager, where responsibilities involved implementing process safety management and assessing tailings storage facilities post-disaster. Additional roles span Project Manager positions at Transport for NSW and Water Corporation, as well as project delivery management with BHP Billiton Iron Ore and civil engineering at GHD and Barry Satchell Consultants. Agan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Auckland, along with various certifications in project management and engineering.
