Michael Ghobros, P.Eng., M.Eng., PMP has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Michael Ghobros, P.Eng., M.Eng., PMP, has a diverse and extensive education history. Michael began their studies in 1993 at Alexandria University, where they earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Faculty of Engineering in 1998.
In 2002, Michael enrolled in Carleton University, where they pursued a Master of Engineering in Technology Innovation Management with a focus on Systems and Computer Engineering. Michael completed this degree in 2006 and concurrently obtained their Professional Engineer certification from Professional Engineers Ontario, becoming a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario.
In addition to their formal education, Michael has also acquired several certifications and professional development courses throughout their career. These include the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2010, the PRINCE2 Foundation Certification Training from The TJX Companies, Inc. in the same year, and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Softchoice in 2007.
Furthermore, they have obtained various technology certifications, including the Microsoft Certified Solution Developer: Microsoft .NET (MCSD.NET) from Microsoft in 2004 and the MCP in Developing Applications with C++ Using the Microsoft Foundation Class Library from Microsoft in 1999.
