Brice Zimmermann

Brice Zimmermann has a wealth of experience in the treasury field, spanning over 25 years. Brice began their career as an External Auditor at PRICE WATER HOUSE COOPERS from 1995 to 1998. Brice then worked as a Project Manager at Credit Agricole Indosuez from 1998 to 2003.

In 2003, Zimmermann joined Novartis, where they held various roles, including Treasury Controller and Head of Treasury control & Reporting. Their responsibilities involved ensuring risk control and compliance with internal and external regulations, leading the In-House Bank and Payment Factory, and supporting the preparation of financial information and disclosures.

After leaving Novartis, Zimmermann worked as the Global Head of Treasury for Puma Energy from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they were accountable for the compliance of Treasury activities, defining optimal capital structures for affiliates, preparing budgets, and leading performance reviews.

Currently, Zimmermann is with Alcon, where they serve as the Global Head of Treasury. In this position, they oversee Treasury risk control and compliance, as well as the periodic reporting of Treasury activities and positions within the organization.

With their extensive experience across multiple industries and expertise in Treasury controls, compliance, and reporting, Zimmermann brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to their role.

Brice Zimmermann has a Certificate in International Cash Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, obtained in 2009. In 2001-2002, they obtained the certification of Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst from the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies. Additionally, Brice holds a Master's degree in Auditing, Finance, and Accounting from ICN Business School, obtained in 1993-1996. Brice has also acquired several certifications from LinkedIn on topics such as managing a multigenerational team, giving and receiving feedback, and coaching for results.
