Elliott Milton

Elliott Milton serves as the Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Alcon since February 2023, responsible for executive recruitment and strategic sourcing across 72 countries for a company generating $9.5 billion in revenue with over 25,000 employees. Prior to this role, Milton was the Vice President of Levin Group from September 2021 to February 2023, where the USA business was founded, overseeing various functions including recruiting and operations, scaling the firm from zero to over 100 full-time employees. Milton's career began at Phaidon International, where responsibilities ranged from Executive Director, managing the Dallas office and serving on the USA Board, to Country Manager for Switzerland, leading recruitment efforts in the EMEA region. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Aberdeen and an MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
