Gustavo Zac

Vice President, US Vision Care Marketing at Alcon

Gustavo Zac has a diverse and extensive work experience. Gustavo currently serves as a Board Member at Contact Lens Institute. Previously, they held various executive roles at Alcon, including Vice President of US Vision Care Marketing and Vice President of Vision Care for Asia Pacific. Gustavo was also responsible for leading Alcon's Vision Care business in Asia Pacific as the Head of Vision Care. Prior to their time at Alcon, they worked at Kimberly-Clark as a Global Category Leader, driving global growth strategies. Gustavo also served as a General Manager at L'Oréal, leading business units in Spain and serving as the Regional Marketing Director for Europe. Before that, they worked at Interbrand as a General Manager and at Procter & Gamble in various marketing leadership positions.

Gustavo Zac attended the INSEAD Management Seminar, CEDEP in 2010. Prior to that, they studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires. Gustavo also completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires, Universidad de Buenos Aires. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the Hispanic & Latino Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company, and various LinkedIn certifications such as Giving and Receiving Feedback, Coaching for Results, Unconscious Bias, and Coaching and Developing Employees.
