Jillian Guertin

Jillian Guertin has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jillian is currently working as a Global Product Director at Alcon since 2022. Previously, they held positions at Holland America Line, where they served as a Product Owner, Digital Technology, responsible for developing and executing the roadmap for shipboard digital products. Jillian also worked as a Business Analyst in the same company, analyzing customer needs and defining requirements. Prior to that, they worked as an Event Manager at Holland America Line and as a Private Event Director and Private Event Sales Manager at The Metropolitan Club. Jillian also has experience as a Social Event Coordinator at Seattle Bride, an Onsite Recruiting Coordinator at SolutionsIQ, a Data Management Associate at MetaJiva, and a Northwest Afternoon Intern at KOMO TV. Their diverse experience demonstrates their adaptability and versatility in various professional roles.

Jillian Guertin obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Washington State University, between the years 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Bothell High School. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Software Product Management (SPM) Certificate from Product School in 2018, and became a Certified ScrumMaster® through Scrum Alliance in May 2017.
