Kendra Hileman

Kendra Hileman, PhD has an extensive work experience in the field of research and development, particularly in the medical optics industry. Kendra held the role of Vice President and Head of Instrumentation R&D at Alcon starting from August 2020. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and Head of Clinical R&D at the same company from August 2018 to August 2020. Before joining Alcon, they served as the Senior Director and Head of Clinical Sciences at Johnson & Johnson Vision from December 2017 to July 2018. Additionally, they were the Global Head of Surgical Clinical R&D at Johnson & Johnson from March 2017 to July 2018. Kendra Hileman also gained valuable experience at Abbott, where they were the Director of Clinical R&D in Abbott Medical Optics from March 2013 to March 2017. Kendra'searliest work experience can be traced back to Alcon Laboratories, Inc., where they held the position of Head of Surgical Clinical Trial Management from 1995 to 2013.

Kendra Hileman, PhD, obtained their BA in Biology from North Central College in 1990. Kendra then went on to The University of Texas at Arlington, where they earned their Ph.D. in Quantitative Biology in 1995.
