Malgorzata Radziszewska

Malgorzata Radziszewska is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as the AGS Global Training Lead and Training Manager at Alcon since February 2020. Prior to this role, Malgorzata held various positions at Avon from October 2011 to January 2020, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition and Development Manager. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Senior Specialist at ING Bank Slaski and various HR positions at ING Group, starting as a Junior HR Specialist and progressing to HR Officer. Malgorzata Radziszewska holds a master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie, completed between 1998 and 2003, and has further education from Kozminski University in 2004-2005.
