Vadim H.

Vadim H. is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as CTO at Alconost since May 2014 and at Linq.gg since February 2023, Vadim has previously held the position of R&D Director at Merkeleon, where significant contributions included organizing the R&D department and leading the development of a digital asset management platform utilizing Zero Trust principles. As CEO and Founder of WebTechnico, Vadim played a pivotal role in the company's development, and as CEO and Co-Founder at ZIEX, Vadim guided the company to become a market leader. Additional experience includes roles at Celtech Software Group, Sell@Market, EPAM Systems, Ekar, and Gvin Media, covering various aspects of software architecture and engineering. Vadim holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Belarusian State University.
