Konstantin Sutyagin

Konstantin Sutyagin has a strong background in IT Operations and Infrastructure. Konstantin is currently the Head of Global IT Operations at SYNLAB International, where they are responsible for improving the availability and reliability of the IT Infrastructure. Prior to joining SYNLAB, Konstantin worked as a Service Manager at Allianz Technology, overseeing the delivery of the BI Platform. Konstantin also has extensive experience at Intel Corporation, where they held various roles including Manager of IT Infrastructure Services Network EMEA and IT Infrastructure Engineer Team Lead. Additionally, Konstantin worked as a DB Developer/Admin at EDN Sovintel and as an Information Technology Site Manager at Sintez JSC.

Konstantin Sutyagin holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University named after R.Y. Alekseev (NSTU). Konstantin also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the same university. In addition to their academic qualifications, Konstantin has obtained various certifications, including AWS Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master and Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., ITIL Service Operation from EXIN your ICT competence partner, and ITIL Foundation v.3 from ITIL Certified.
