Harsh T.

R&d Electrical Engineer at Alcor Scientific

Harsh T. has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Harsh started their career as an Integration Engineer at Hurco Companies, Inc. in 2018, where they successfully tuned CNC machine tools and assisted the team in motion control and servo system design. Harsh also gained experience in Allen-Bradley PLC programming and CAD modeling using AutoCAD.

In 2020, Harsh joined OVR Technology as an Electrical Engineer, where they designed boards, managed specifications, created BOM, and tested circuits to meet functionality requirements. Harsh also worked on breakout boards to support communication between development boards and prototype circuits, familiarizing himself with protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and USB.

Currently, Harsh is employed at ALCOR Scientific as an R&D Electrical Engineer. Harsh has designed, developed, and manufactured over 50 PCBs across 3 products, involving tasks such as component selection, testing, and prototyping. Harsh is experienced in schematic capture, circuit board design, routing constraints, and PCB layout review. Harsh has also implemented techniques such as DFM, DFA, and DFT to optimize PCB design for EMC, signal integrity, and cost reduction.

Harsh T. completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, starting in 2013 and finishing in 2017.

Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Embedded Electrical and Computer Systems at San Francisco State University. Harsh began their master's program in 2017 and completed it in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Harsh acquired several certifications to enhance their skill set. Harsh obtained an Advanced C Programming certification from LinkedIn in June 2020. In November 2019, they obtained a certification in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Deep Learning with Python from Udemy. Moreover, they completed a Deep Learning Specialization certification from Coursera in June 2018.

Furthermore, Harsh held the position of Public Relations' Head at IEEE in January 2016. Additionally, in December 2015, they obtained a certification in Signals and Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
