Matthew Grodin

Matthew Grodin is the Founding Partner of Alcova Capital Management, a company that specializes in providing creative short-term financing solutions to real estate owners. Prior to founding Alcova, Matthew worked as a Managing Director at Spectrum Group Management LLC and as an Associate at J.P. Morgan in Investment Banking - Real Estate & Lodging. Matthew holds a B.S. in Real Estate & Finance from Cornell University.
