Nathan Hopkins

Nathan Hopkins has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Nathan currently serves as the Global Head of Talent & Recruitment at Alcumus, where they lead a global talent team and sets strategies for global growth, attraction, development, and retention of employees. Nathan previously held the position of Senior Talent Partner at Alcumus, where they managed a talent team across North America and the UK and focused on optimizing attraction, hiring, and retention strategies.

Before joining Alcumus, Nathan worked as the Group Talent Acquisition Manager at GoCompare, where they were responsible for managing the recruitment process and analyzing recruitment trends. Nathan also served as an Assistant Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Assistant HR Business Partner at GoCompare.

Nathan's earlier experience includes working as a Principal Recruitment Lead at Recruit 121 Group - SAP Recruitment, specializing in global SAP recruitment. Nathan also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Building Recruitment Company Ltd, specializing in technical positions in the environmental and engineering industries.

Nathan holds a BA Hons degree in Business Management from Swansea University. In addition to their work experience, they are a member of RL100.

Nathan Hopkins completed their education with a BA degree in Business Management from Swansea University in 2011. Prior to that, they attended St Martins Comprehensive School in Caerphilly from 2006 to 2008, where they completed A-Levels in History, English, and Business Studies. In addition to their formal education, Nathan also obtained additional certifications, including a Level 5 CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice from CIPD in 2018 and a merit in the Certificate of Recruitment Practice from the Institute of Recruitment Professionals in 2012.
