Dafydd Hobbs

Dafydd Hobbs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Dafydd currently holds the position of Head of CX Strategic Planning and Performance at Aldermore Bank, a role they have held since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Consulting Director in the Financial Services sector at Gobeyond Partners from July 2019 to December 2023.

Dafydd'sprevious experience includes roles at ActiveOps, where they served as Strategic Accounts Director from April 2018 to June 2019, Enterprise Account Director from April 2015 to March 2018, and Delivery Manager from July 2013 to March 2015. Before joining ActiveOps, Dafydd obtained an MBA with Distinction from Cardiff University, where they studied from September 2012 to July 2013.

Dafydd'searlier career involved working in various roles at South Wales Police from August 2001 to September 2012.

Dafydd Hobbs completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cardiff University in 2013. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Managerial Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 2022, they completed an Online Executive Programme in Financial Technology from Imperial College Business School.
