Daniel Cox

Daniel Cox is an experienced Employee Relations professional with a career spanning over 15 years in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Partner at Aldermore Bank since October 2022, Daniel previously held positions at Co-op from January 2015 to October 2022, including Senior Employee Relations Specialist and Employee Relations Specialist. Earlier experience includes roles at EE as an Employee Relations Advisor & Coach and HR Advisor from September 2009 to December 2014, as well as a Resourcing Consultant at Orange from December 2007 to September 2009.
