Nichola Vowles

Nichola Vowles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business change and technology strategy, currently serving as the Head of Business Change at Aldermore Bank since September 2014. Nichola has successfully initiated and managed group-wide programmes focused on operational resilience and payment regulation, and has led significant transformations, including the development of a cloud-based banking platform and the formulation of the “One Aldermore Approach.” Previous roles include Program Lead and Functional Lead within Aldermore, as well as positions at Britax Child Safety and Deltascheme Ltd, where Nichola utilized expertise in SharePoint and technical consulting. Nichola holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Reading.
