Natalie Elman

Natalie Elman (nee Tuchband) has extensive experience in technology and programme management, currently serving as Head of Business Change and IT Programme Manager at David Lloyd Clubs since May 2015. Prior to this, Natalie worked at Tesco from February 2011 to April 2015 in various technology leadership roles, including Head of Technology for Online Grocery and Supplier Ordering. Notable achievements at Tesco include leading the redevelopment of the online grocery platform and managing a critical data center migration. Natalie's early career includes positions at Accenture, notably as PMO Team Lead for the Global Commercial Team and Programme Manager for the NHS National Programme for IT, where significant milestones included deploying primary care systems to over 150 GP practices. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and French from The University of Manchester and attended Haberdashers Elstree.
