Oliver Godden

Oliver Godden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy development and execution within the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Insight at Aldermore Bank, Oliver is responsible for the ongoing development of corporate strategy and alignment of business line strategies with financial and commercial goals. Previously, Oliver held numerous strategic roles at MotoNovo Finance, including Senior Strategy Manager and Strategy Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading strategic initiatives and developing insights to drive business growth. In addition to banking experience, Oliver also contributes as a Board Member and Non-Executive Director at Goleudy, a charity focused on supporting marginalized communities and addressing homelessness in South Wales.
