Paqui Garcia

Paqui Garcia is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Project Manager at ALDI ESPAÑA since January 2016. Prior to this role, Paqui held the position of HR Manager and Health & Safety Manager at HeavyMovement from September 2009 to November 2015, overseeing HR and H&S for over 250 employees across multiple sites. Previous HR roles include HR Manager at Fujikura Europe Ltd (2002 - 2008) and HR Supervisor at ACE (2001 - 2003). Paqui holds a Master's Degree in Executive Human Resources Management from EADA Business School and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, along with a Licenciatura in Biology from UB. Additionally, Paqui completed a training course in Negotiating Skills at Scotwork in 2014.
