Carolina Baca Forero

Carolina Baca Forero serves as the Director of International Procurement at ALDI SÜD HOLDING since November 2022, leading the Global Procurement Department for Goods-Not-For-Resales products and services. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of National Procurement at ALDI USA and Operations Project Manager at ALDI CHINA, where Carolina played a key role in expanding ALDI's market presence in China. Carolina's career at ALDI USA also featured positions as District Manager and District Manager Trainee, achieving significant sales growth. In addition, Carolina has held internships in marketing and corporate employment at various organizations, co-founded the ALPFA Student Chapter at the University of Georgia, and participated in programs at prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management. Carolina holds an MBA from IE Business School and a BBA from the University of Georgia.
