Christopher Messner

Christopher Messner has a diverse work experience in the field of UX and research. Christopher is currently working at ALDI Süd as a UX Lead / Manager - Customer Interaction - International IT. Prior to this, they worked at meinestadt.de GmbH as the Head of UX & Research and as a Senior User Experience Designer. Christopher also has experience as a User Experience Architect at BplusD and as a UX Konzepter für mobile Anwendungen / Product Owner at Cologne Intelligence GmbH. Before entering the industry, Christopher worked as a Junior Datenbankspezialist at Cologne Broadcasting Center GmbH and as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (Medieninformatik) at Cologne University of Applied Sciences. Christopher also completed a Praxisprojekt & Bachelorarbeit at Cologne Broadcasting Center GmbH.

Christopher Messner has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Medieninformatik from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Medieninformatik from the same institution, completing it from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified UX & Usability Expert from XDi - Experience Design Institut in 2017.
