Debara Cheung is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in driving productivity and enhancing customer satisfaction across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Special Projects at ALDO Group since March 2024, Cheung previously held senior roles at VF Corporation, including Senior Operations Manager and Sales & Operations Project Manager, where responsibilities included KPI management and process improvement initiatives. Earlier career endeavors at SIGVARIS North America, CAE, and Future Electronics involved leading customer interface teams, managing projects, and implementing operational strategies. Cheung holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Human Relations from Concordia University.
