Mehrdad Esmaeili

Mehrdad Esmaeili is currently working as a Machine Learning at GRE&T Centre at Alectra since July 2022. Prior to this role, Mehrdad has experience in areas such as Data Science/Machine Learning at MITx Courses, Energy Software Development at University of Toronto, Net-zero Solar Engineering for their thesis, and as a Markets Assistant Analyst at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO). Mehrdad's background also includes roles as a Design Lead for an Energy Policy Course at University of Toronto, an Energy Analyst at Edgecom Energy, a Public Speaker at Toastmasters International, and as the Founder of Eatery Digital Marketing. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science with a major in Energy Systems Engineering from the University of Toronto, Mehrdad is currently pursuing a Micromasters in Statistics and Data Science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
