Rick Juneja

Rick Juneja has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rick currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Service Delivery & Client Operations at Alegeus. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Customer Officer at AiDash.

Rick also has experience working at GetWellNetwork as the SVP, Professional Services, Support & Client Operations, where they implemented strategies that significantly reduced implementation backlog and contributed to revenue growth.

At Oracle Utilities, Rick worked as the Vice President, Global Head of Delivery and Customer Success, Opower for three years. Rick was responsible for overseeing delivery and customer success on a global scale.

During their time at Opower, Rick held various senior roles, including Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Services, SaaS Operations, and Support. Opower was a leading provider of SaaS-based customer engagement software to electric and gas utilities.

Rick also worked as an Advisor at Y Combinator's Continuity Fund and held positions in Alvarez & Marsal, LLC, Accenture, and Amazon.com, where they played instrumental roles in driving growth, implementing strategies, and enhancing customer experiences.

Rick Juneja has an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Rick also holds a BA degree in Chemistry and an MA degree in Sociology & Gerontology, both from Miami University.
