Arvind Tripathi

Arvind Tripathi has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Arvind currently holds the role of Associate Vice President - HR at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, Arvind worked as Associate Vice President - HR at Ajanta Pharma Ltd from April 2022 to June 2022. Arvind also held various HR management positions at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited from 2009 to 2018, including Deputy General Manager - HR, Assistant General Manager - HR, Sr. Manager - HR, Manager - HR, and Deputy Manager - HR. Before joining Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, Arvind worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Micro Labs Limited and Ozone Pharma, and as an Area Sales Manager at Alkem Laboratories Ltd. and USV PRIVATE LIMITED. Arvind started their career as a Medical Sales Representative at USV PRIVATE LIMITED in June 1998.

Arvind Tripathi completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai in the years 1991 to 1994. Arvind then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from N.L.Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, from 2011 to 2014. In 2017 to 2018, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur where they obtained a degree in EDP LLM with a focus on Labour Law.
