Tobias Haar, LL.M., MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Tobias currently serves as the General Counsel at Aleph Alpha since April 2023. Previously, they held the role of Attorney-at-Law (Of Counsel) at Vogel & Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB since January 2013.

In 2022, Tobias worked as a Senior Legal Advisor at Worldcoin/Tools for Humanity from September 2022 until March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the General Counsel at Tezos Foundation from August 2021 to May 2022. Tobias also gained valuable experience as the General Counsel at Omio from November 2018 to January 2022 and as the General Counsel (during start-up phase) at OWNR Deutschland AG from February 2018 to October 2018.

Tobias Haar was also a Co-Founder at OWNR Technologies Inc. from August 2017 to October 2018. Additionally, they held the position of Chairman of the Executive Board at game - German Games Industry Association (now known as game - Verband der deutschen Games-Branche e.V.) from June 2014 to January 2018. Tobias began their career at Gameforge, where they served as the General Counsel & EVP Corporate Functions from September 2008 to January 2018.

Furthermore, Tobias was a Member of the Executive Board at G.A.M.E. - Bundesverband der Computerspielindustrie e.V. from December 2010 to December 2012. Tobias Haar, LL.M., MBA has an extensive education history. Tobias first attended Heidelberg University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained their First State Examination in Law. Following this, they pursued further legal education at the State of Baden-Württemberg, earning their Second State Examination in Law from 1997 to 1999. In the same year, they obtained their LL.M. in Legal Informatics from Stockholm University and Leibniz Universität Hannover.

In 2006, Tobias Haar studied Cartel Law at the University of Konstanz. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they attended the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA program, earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General.

Additionally, in 1999, Tobias Haar obtained admittance to the bar and became an Attorney-at-Law from Rechtsanwaltskammer Karlsruhe.
