Paula Damijan

Paula Damijan possesses extensive experience in operations management and retail leadership, currently serving as Head of Operations at Cardinal Cryptography since February 2021. At Cardinal Cryptography, Paula is responsible for overseeing general office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring effective HR documentation management. Concurrently, Paula is involved in operations management at Aleph Zero. Previously, Paula held various progressive roles at Monki, where responsibilities included store opening support, staff management, and financial oversight. Additional experience includes a tenure at COS, where Paula managed departments and contributed to store operations, employee training, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Paula holds a Master's Degree in Institutional Consulting and Business Coaching and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophical Consulting and Coaching from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
