Jesper Enander

Jesper Enander is an experienced professional in the field of psychology and mental health care, currently serving as the Director of Aleris Psykiatri since February 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing specialist outpatient clinics, emergency services, inpatient care, and private insurance operations, with a focus on business development and digitalization. Prior to this role, Jesper held various positions, including Researcher and PhD Student at Karolinska Institutet from December 2012 to October 2023, and Director of Psychology at KRY from September 2017 to January 2022, where successful initiatives included the establishment and scaling of psychology services. Previous experience also includes serving as Manager of Quality Assurance of Psychological Services at Stockholms läns sjukvårdsområde - SLSO, focusing on quality assurance, performance measurement of outpatient units, and implementing evidence-based practices.
