Kamalesh Srikanth has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Writing and Science Tutor while self-employed. In 2016, they were a Financial Consultant Intern with Xerox, followed by a Customs Accounting Intern with K & G CUSTOMS SERVICE INC in 2017. In 2018, they were a Sustainability Consultant Intern with Loyola University Chicago. Since 2019, they have been with AlertOps, first as an Integrations Engineer, then as a Solutions Consultant - Technical Alliances & Solution Partnerships, and currently as Manager, CX and Head of Customer Experience.
