Gradan Steele joined Alerus in January 2016 as a float teller before transitioning into the role of financial guide in May 2016. With over a decade of customer service experience, his favorite part of the job is finding unique solutions and helping clients find the correct path for their financial journey.

Gradan is originally from Red Wing, MN, and has resided in the Grand Forks area since 2010.
