Lindsey Rice Bender, MPH has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 with Aletheia House Inc, where they served as a Data Analyst from June 2016 to February 2019. Lindsey then became the Director of Growth and Quality Performance from February 2019 to July 2020. In 2020, Lindsey joined Yellowhammer Fund as the Deputy Director from May 2020 to May 2022. Simultaneously, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from August 2020 to the present. In 2021, Lindsey joined March of Dimes as a Grants Writer from October 2021 to May 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Associate Director of Operations at Aletheia House Inc starting from May 2022.
Lindsey Rice Bender, MPH, received a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree with a focus on Health and Literature as well as Spanish Literature and Language from Vanderbilt University from 2010 to 2014. Lindsey then obtained a Master of Public Health - MPH degree with a specialization in Health Care Organization and Policy-Maternal and Child Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2014-2016. Currently, Lindsey is pursuing a Doctor of Public Health degree with a concentration in Health Care Organization and Policy: Maternal and Child Health at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
