Helen Kim

Helen Kim is currently employed at Alex Solutions as the Head of New Markets and Head of Customer Sales. Prior to this, Helen worked at Maverick Rose as a Customer Experience Consultant, and at RMIT University as an Academic Student Advisor. Helen has experience in generating data and analytics to enhance personalized student experience, resulting in improved student well-being, engagement, and retention rates. Additionally, Helen has worked at Rydges Hotels & Resorts as a Customer Experience Representative. Helen holds a Bachelor of Business in International Business and Economics from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and completed German studies at Daeil Foreign Language High School.
