Jason Cox

Jason Cox has extensive experience in product management, sales engineering, and customer operations. Jason currently works as the Principal Product Manager at Alexa Translations, where they are responsible for executing product management processes. Before that, they worked as a Product Manager at the same company, leading the development of a machine translation platform. Prior to their time at Alexa Translations, Jason worked at Yappn Corp. as a Domain Language Specialist, gathering and aligning data for machine learning projects. Jason also created a comprehensive Quality Assurance workflow during their time there. Earlier in their career, Jason served as the Director of Customer Operations at Ortsbo and as a Senior Report Analyst and Technical Analyst at FrontRange Solutions. In these roles, they managed customer operations, provided technical support, and conducted trend analysis for decision support systems.

Jason Cox earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in the period of 2001 to 2005.
