Liam Edmunds

Liam Edmunds is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Sous Chef at The Alexander Hotel Collection since September 2022. Previously, Liam held the position of Chef De Partie at Pennyhill Park from October 2017 to January 2023, where skills were further developed under the guidance of Matt Worswick at the Latymer. Additional experience includes roles as Chef De Partie at South Lodge, an Exclusive Hotel from June 2016 to October 2017, and as Commis Chef at Royal Berkshire Hotel Limited from June 2015 to June 2016. Liam holds an NVQ in Food Preparation, Professional Cooking, and Kitchen Assistant from Farnborough College of Technology, earned between 2012 and 2015.
