Donatella Bordignon has over 15 years of progressive experience in finance and operations. Donatella has worked in top European fashion companies, including Alexander Wang LLC, Officina Bernardi US - Chrysos Fine Jewelry Group, Diesel North America, Diesel USA Inc, Marzotto France and Valentino France SA, Marzotto France, Hugo Boss AG - Germany, and Marzotto SpA. Donatella'sroles have included Group Chief Financial Officer, COO/CFO, and CFO. Donatella has a proven record of establishing cross-functional cooperation and partnerships to deliver sustainable results. Donatella'sexpertise includes budgeting, planning, internal control, finance and accounting management, banking and cash flow management, tax planning, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. Donatella also has experience in recruiting and operation management.

Donatella Bordignon's education history begins in 1987 when they enrolled at the Università Ca' Foscari Venezia. Donatella completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting and Finance in 1992. After a gap of several years, in 2001, Donatella pursued further education at the ESSEC Business School, where they completed a Master's degree in International General Management (MGI) in 2002.
