Fiana Kwasnik

Fiana Kwasnik has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Fiana most recently served as the General Counsel and Secretary of the Board, Head of Licensing and Human Resources at Alexander Wang LLC since April 2017. In this role, they oversaw all global legal affairs, including employment, supply chain, production, intellectual property, marketing, finance, litigation/compliance, and corporate governance matters. Additionally, they managed the company's licensing and collaborations activities and was responsible for human resources.

Prior to their role at Alexander Wang LLC, Fiana worked at Tory Burch as a Senior Counsel - International & Contracts from September 2012 to April 2017. In this position, they provided legal support to various business units, including E-Commerce, Marketing, IT, and Operations. Fiana'sresponsibilities included drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and managing negotiation of commercial contracts on an international basis.

Before joining Tory Burch, Fiana worked as an Attorney at TuneCore from August 2011 to September 2012, where they utilized their legal expertise. Fiana also had a role at Broadcast Music, Inc. as the Director of Business Affairs & Licensing from December 2008 to July 2011. In this capacity, they supported BMI's licensing efforts in the television, radio, and cable marketplaces, and was involved in drafting and negotiating various types of license agreements.

Fiana's career began at Cleary Gottlieb in September 2005, where they served as an Associate. Fiana'swork focused on SEC enforcement, litigation, and corporate matters. Fiana gained experience in SEC enforcement matters and traveled extensively throughout Latin America and Europe in representation of clients.

Fiana Kwasnik completed their undergraduate education at Emory University from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and International Relations. Fiana then went on to attend Georgetown University Law Center, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law, completing their studies in 2005.
