Min von der Schulenburg

Men's Designer at Alexander Wang, Inc.

Min von der Schulenburg has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. They started as a Freelance Assistant Designer at Zero Maria Cornejo in 2007, where they worked closely with the creative director on ready-to-wear designs and accessories. They then joined Rogan as a Designer for Men's/Women's woven in 2008, collaborating with the design director on design development, fit adjustments, and daily duties. In 2011, Min joined Elleven as a Designer, focusing on launching the NY F/W11 fashion week and developing new styles for the women's ready-to-wear line. They then worked as a Freelance Woven Designer at Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein from 2012 to 2013, where they were involved in inspiration research, fabric manipulation, and translating sketches into technical designs. At Ralph Lauren, Min became a Woven Designer for Black Label, Polo Men's/Women's in 2013, taking responsibility for timely line development, proposing design ideas, developing design boards, and working on the line plan. Currently, Min is working as a Men's Designer at Alexander Wang Inc., starting in 2016.

Min von der Schulenburg completed a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Fiber, Textile and Weaving Arts from Hongik University.
