Melissa Merdick has extensive experience in customer service and logistics within the relocation industry. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Alexander's Mobility Services since October 2020, Merdick previously worked as a Corporate Account Household Goods Move Coordinator at Arpin Group, Inc., where responsibilities included coordinating domestic household goods shipments for corporate clients. Prior to that, Merdick held the position of Global Household Goods Assignment Desk Coordinator at BGRS from July 2001 to March 2018, overseeing the assignment of international and domestic moves globally and managing billing and auditing for transportation invoices. Merdick holds a High School Diploma in General Studies from Maryvale High School, obtained in 1986.
