Brian Thomas

Brian Thomas has extensive experience in laboratory management and scientific research within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Lab Operations & Strategic Projects at Alexandria LaunchLabs since January 2020, Brian directs operations at premier biotech startup platforms, supporting member companies with collaborative workspaces and scientific resources. Previous roles include Senior RA/Lab Manager at Quentis Therapeutics, where Brian conducted immuno-oncology research, and Lab Manager/Sr. Scientist at Highline Therapeutics, overseeing incubated startups in NYC. Brian's career also includes significant contributions as a Senior Scientist at CTI/Pfizer, leading lab build-outs and working on multiple therapeutic projects, as well as serving as a Research Investigator at Infinity Pharmaceuticals and Scientist II at Genome Therapeutics Corporation. Brian holds a Master's degree in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Wyoming, along with an Associate degree in Pre-Med from Casper College.
