Debra R. Collins

Debra R. Collins has extensive experience in public service and human services management. Since September 2003, Debra has served as Deputy City Manager and previously held the position of Director of Human Services for the City of Alexandria. Prior to this role, Debra worked as Second Deputy Commissioner at Erie County Social Services from June 1995 to September 2003 and as Director of Transitional Housing at the YWCA of Western New York from January 1994 to June 1995. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Canisius University, complemented by studies at the Harvard Kennedy School in 2007.
