Yara then moved on to the Egyptian Banking Institute, where they worked as an Assessor at the EBI Assessment Centre and later as a Training Coordinator for Performance Management Development Programs. Yara then joined ALEXBANK, where they held various positions including Customer Satisfaction Project Manager, Business Continuity & Crisis Management Officer, Risk & Credit Senior Business Analyst, Re-Engineering Process Manager, Head of Financial Risk Analysis and Reporting Unit, and Head of Treasury Middle Office. Their responsibilities in these roles involved risk assessment and analysis, financial reporting, process improvement, project management, and customer satisfaction analysis.
Yara Ezzat has a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Finance, General from Paris ESLSCA Business School, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Cairo University from 2000 to 2004.
