Aleksandra Moiseenko

Aleksandra Moiseenko is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in oncology. Currently serving as Associate Medical Director at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since February 2022, Aleksandra has previously held multiple leadership roles at AstraZeneca from October 2013 to February 2022, including Therapeutic Area Head for Oncohematology and Rare Cancers, International Medical Lead for the Oncohematology franchise, and various positions focused on medical liaison and management. Prior to AstraZeneca, Aleksandra worked as a Clinical Research Associate at ClinStar and Quintiles, and served as a Pharmacy Manager at Polysan. A graduate of Northern State Medical University with a medical degree, Aleksandra also holds a PhD in Oncology and an MBA in Strategic Management from Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS.
