Katherine Wang

Katherine Wang is a Medical Director at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., with a robust background in nephrology and healthcare research. Previously, Katherine served as an Associate Physician in Nephrology at Brigham and Women's Hospital and as an Attending Physician in Nephrology at the VA Boston Healthcare System. Katherine also completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' Center for Healthcare Organization & Implementation Research (CHOIR) and a clinical and research fellowship in nephrology at Stanford University School of Medicine. Katherine holds a Master of Science in Health Policy from Stanford University and earned a medical degree from Albany Medical College.
