Roger Bengtsson

Roger Bengtsson is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience at Alfa Laval since August 2000, where Roger currently serves as Head of Platform Development and Operations, IT. In this role, Roger leads a global organization responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting Alfa Laval’s IT infrastructure and shared technology platforms, utilizing agile methodologies. Previously, Roger held roles such as Head of IT Operations, overseeing a global team of around 140 FTE, and Manager of Service Delivery, managing IT infrastructure and services across multiple countries. Prior to Alfa Laval, Roger worked as a Project Manager at WM-data, focusing on outsourcing projects, and as a Store Manager at TEKAB. Roger holds an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Computing from Kristianstad University.
