Layal Harb

Layal Harb is an experienced telecommunications professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), obtained in 2009. Since February 2009, Layal has been working at Alfa Telecommunications, progressing from a Technical Customer Support Engineer to a Senior Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as a Training Engineer at OGERO for a brief period in 2008 and at Holcim in 2006. Layal's technical expertise encompasses backup switch layer III protocol, Windows 2000 and DHCP installation, as well as a strong understanding of networking concepts such as the OSI and TCP/IP models, switches, routers, and VLANs.
