Nezha Haddou has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Nezha started their career as a Trainee at Banque Populaire du Maroc (Groupe) Inc in 2011, followed by an internship at Lafarge in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Project Trainee at Maroc Telecom. In 2014, they took on the role of Operations Trainee at Kempinski Hotel Bahía.

From 2015 to 2018, Nezha worked as an Organization Development Specialist at ALFAHIM, where they designed organization structures and facilitated manpower planning. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where they consulted on HR policies and supported line management with employee queries. In 2019, they assumed the role of Head of Human Resources at ALFAHIM, leading the entire HR department and driving the group's restructuring.

Throughout their career, Nezha has demonstrated the ability to align HR strategies with business needs and create a conducive culture to attract and retain high performers.

Nezha Haddou has a strong educational background with a focus on Human Resources. In 2009, they obtained a Baccalaureate in Physical Sciences from La Preference. In 2010, they attended HEM - Business & Engineering School, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. It is not specified when they completed this degree. Continuing their studies, Nezha earned a Diploma in Human Resources Practice from CIPD Qualifications in 2021. Nezha further pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Collège de Paris from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Nezha has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. Nezha became a Certified Human Resources Manager through the American Institute of Business & Management in March 2022. Nezha also became a CIPD Associate Member in July 2021. Nezha holds the Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) certification from the Balanced Scorecard Institute, which they obtained in November 2020. Before that, in August 2020, Nezha completed the Reward Course Training offered by Korn Ferry. Prior to that, in May 2020, they gained the Certificate Job Evaluation Training Program - KF Hay Guide Chart Profile Method Application, also from Korn Ferry. Nezha's professional training also includes a Certification Train the Trainer from Informa in March 2019 and a Certificate in Performance Appraisals from Dale Carnegie Training in November 2018.
