Hila Cohen

Hila Cohen has a diverse work history spanning over several companies. Currently, they serve as the Director of Learning Programs for Integration into Employment at Alfanar, where they lead national programs focusing on promoting and integrating disadvantaged populations into the workforce. Prior to this role, they worked at the Municipality of Haifa, initially as the Former Director of the Organizational Development Department and later as the Director of Organizational Development, Organizational Consultant, and Project Manager. At the Municipality, they assisted in rebuilding the human resource organization structure, developed recruitment plans, supported employee welfare initiatives, and promoted a respectful culture. Prior to their time at the Municipality, Hila worked at Iscar as the Director of Training and Organizational Development for the R&D and Production Divisions. Additionally, they have experience as the Owner and Director of "Israella - Dairy Restaurant and Catering" at Israella Cuisine.

Hila Cohen received their M.A. in Organization Development from the University of Haifa, where they studied from 2013 to 2015.
