Eric Ogradney

Eric OGradney, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Technologist at Duke Energy Corporation since September 2023, OGradney focuses on reliability studies and compliance measures for the bulk electric system. Prior roles include Electro Mechanical Technician at DJJ-The David J Joseph Company, where OGradney led continuous improvement initiatives to enhance waste metal concentration; Field Services Engineer at DOer Products and Services, Inc., conducting sampling and inspections; Manufacturing Technician at GE Grid Solutions, overseeing maintenance and safety for hazardous systems; and Nuclear Machinist Mate in the US Navy, specializing in quality assurance and calibration. OGradney holds an MBA from Florida Southern College and a B.S. in Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.
